Crew never sign in. They open the role link you send them. A producer code only opens the shows for that email.
Times are typed in the show's own time zone. Crew elsewhere can switch the grid to their local time, and a second zone adds an extra Front column.
Timing columns (Segment, Dur, Hard start, Front, Back, Actual) stay put. Add your own for cues and notes, then tick which crew roles can edit each one. Producers can edit everything. Right-click a column heading to hide it on your screen. Each role can have a notes column only they can type in.
A notes column is a text column that one job can type in. Everyone else can still read it. Right-click a heading to hide a column on your screen only.
Each email gets one code. Signing in with it, or with a link to that email, opens only the shows that person creates.
Each link is locked to this show and one job. Send the Floor Manager the phone view and Talent the presenter view. What they can change is enforced on the server.
First row must be headings. Recognised: Segment (or Title), Category (VT, Live studio, OB, GFX…), Duration (3:30, 45s, 2), Hard start, Type (write "header" for block rows). Any other heading becomes a column. Rows are added at the end.
Saves the columns, rows, durations and hard starts. Live timings are not saved. Pick it under "Start from" when you make a new show.
Printed backups and spreadsheets. Times use the zone selected in the toolbar. The PDF is colour-coded by category and prints the columns you currently have showing, so each role can print their own version. Floated items print greyed.
Tick what each role can do on this show. Producer can always do everything; Talent / Presenter and Viewer are always read-only. A role that can add items can also edit, delete and float the items it added itself. Which columns each role can type in is set under Edit columns.
Shows as a bar at the top of every matching screen, in every view, until they tap Got it or you clear it.
